Reporting to our Business Development Manager, you will:

Build your knowledge of our business, products, and expertise

Develop and implement a high-volume prospecting strategy to identify key decision makers

Create and prioritise target accounts - build your own pipeline

Research and populate key contact information in our company CRM (Salesforce)

Reach out to target contacts via email and telephone

Create and nurture relationships with junior - senior stakeholders

Schedule and attend sales meetings

Create and deliver effective pitches to target clients

Qualify inbound inquiries

Liaise with the marketing team to improve inbound lead generation and engage with existing/target clients


About you 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educated to bachelor's degree level

A recent graduate

1+ years of relevant experience


Organised, reliable and proactive

Self-motivated with a desire to succeed

Innovative - we want to hear your ideas and most importantly, implement them!



Knowledge of the financial services industry
