Based in Swindon
Salary up to £22k

Working in a Swindon based open office, The role will assist the entire finance team and contracts administrator with the day to day running of the function. 


Duties to include: 

  • Monitoring of accounts payable and fleet mail boxes, printing and loading invoices to the finance system, filing documents. 

  • Assisting when required with the fleet and company expenses 

  • Ad-hoc project costing work


About you: 

  • Strong written skills, excellent telephone manner, particularly when under pressure from customers. 

  • Well organised 

  • General IT skills, Outlook, Excel and word, excellent in word desirable
