SERVICE DESK/OPERATIONS ENGINEER

We have an exciting opportunity with a well established company in Wiltshire who are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills who can explain technical concepts simply and concisely, you will be focused and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail

 

Required skills and experience

  • MS Windows Servers 2016 and 2019 Administration

  • MS Windows 10 Desktop Support

  • MS Office 365

  • AD and Server Administration

  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

  • Excellent Customer Services Experience / Telephone manner

  • Microsoft Certification (MCP), ITIL accreditation or another recognised IT certification would be advantageous
