Role purpose:
This is a customer facing role that would suit someone coming from an existing or previous technical service management role. It is a hybrid role combining customer relationship with solution design development and an overall focus on quality of technical design and delivery that demonstrates the capabilities of the Digital Automation Practices solution portfolio.
Key responsibilities:

Support the Sales team as necessary in prospect/customer related calls & meetings.

Ensure prospect and customer requirements are understood.

Support the Sales team to complete the RFI/RFP technical process and taking the lead as the author for technical response.

Assist sales function in Proposal generation.

Working with the customers in the definition of their "Road Map".

Provide client workshops to define requirements and architecture.

Develop demos of the required solution, knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
Skills and experience:
-
Strong customer interactions skills to be credible and trusted in sales cycle.

Service Management solution experience ideally with technical foundation in similar applications to those provided by the company. (real world experience)

Ability to demonstrate complex software concepts and product capabilities in business relevant manner.

Practical experience working in customer environment in Enterprise Service Management or complimentary disciplines.

Experience of developing and delivering presentations to large and diverse audiences

Well organised and focused on results, motivated and works without constant supervision.

Expert communicator with well-developed skills in listening, building rapport and presenting.

Excellent written English and communication skills.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.

An ability to present to a range of audiences (CEO downwards).
