IT SUPPORT/PROJECT ENGINEER

Role Description
This is a full-time, office-based role as a customer-facing IT Support/Project Engineer.
You will be responsible for resolving technology issues on Windows and Mac.
Daily tasks include dedicating time to tickets, investigating and solving technical problems, communicating troubleshooting steps, and maintaining documentation on team procedures and processes.

You will be supported with on-going training and have the support you need to develop with many opportunities for career progression. We pay a competitive salary complemented with a performance related bonus.

Essential

• A basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Microsoft Active Directory/Group Policies

• Understanding of anti-virus products and technologies

• Understanding of network infrastructure appliances such as routers, switches and wireless network points.
