SENIOR HELPDESK ENGINEER

Based in Rochester, Kent
Salary DOE

Due to our client's growth, they are now looking to recruit a Helpdesk Engineer to join our team. The engineer will primarily be responsible for 2nd line technical support and will be required to visit client premises to provide on-site support when required.

Essential: 

  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server

  • Experience of supporting Microsoft 365

  • Networking knowledge and experience

  • Full clean UK driving licence (for manual vehicle)

  • Candidate must pass DBS check

 

Nice to have: 

  • Microsoft Professional Certification

  • Experience of deploying and managing Azure solutions

  • WatchGuard certification and experience

  • Experience of ConnectWise

  • Experience supporting Apple Macs

  • Create and manage scripts using PowerShell and Automate RMM tool

  • Management of hosted services for Web, Email and SQL databases
