Project Manager (HVAC) (£50K + Car Allowance)

Reporting to: Installation Director

Job Purpose:

Responsible for planning, supervising, and delivering all projects within agreed timelines and requirements, ensuring profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution to achieve desired outcomes, optimising resources and balancing stakeholder interests.

• Define project objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Manage pricing, quotations, and tender submissions.

• Provide strategic advice on project management.

• Coordinate and organise professional teams involved in project execution.

• Recruit, oversee, and manage subcontractors.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

• Ensure project objectives and quality standards are met.

• Manage project accounting, cost control, and billing processes.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong relationship-building skills with main contractors, clients, and stakeholders.

• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

• Knowledge of construction procedures and best practices.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites, including overnight stays when required.

• Familiarity with quality and Health & Safety standards.

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal results.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

• Experience with CAD is advantageous.
