Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their IT team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include dedicating time to tickets, investigate and solve technical problems, communicate troubleshooting steps, and maintain documentation on team procedures and processes.

As a Microsoft Solutions Partner our client’s focus is working with Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, SharePoint, Windows and Windows server, and Intune to name a few, however we are not bound to Microsoft and we do work with and support AWS, Linux, and many more proprietary systems and services.


  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a 2nd line support engineer.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.

  • Strong technical skills in Windows and macOS.

  • Experience with Office 365 or G-Suite.

  • Good knowledge of network topology.

  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively.

  • A natural inclination for excellent customer service.

  • Nice to have but not essential: CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure Administration Associate.


  • IT support: 2 years (required)

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)


  • CompTIA A+ (preferred)

  • CompTIA Network+ (preferred)

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred)
