Delivering Seamless System Integration for Hills

We helped Hills Waste Management break down system silos, improving visibility, efficiency, and user experience.

Working closely with Hills’ internal teams, we successfully integrated a range of critical platforms, including CRM systems, customer portals, and internal operational tools. The engagement combined bespoke development, detailed systems analysis, robust API integration, and deep expertise across both legacy and modern technologies. Each phase of the programme was carefully planned and delivered to ensure measurable improvements, while maintaining continuity and avoiding disruption to live services. The result is a fully integrated, real-time digital ecosystem where systems seamlessly communicate enabling faster customer responses, consistent communication, and improved decision-making driven by a single, unified data view.

Enabling Clarity and Control Across a Global Energy Company’s Future IT Estate

We partnered with a global energy operator on a strategic advisory engagement to support a full technology refresh and cloud transition.

Our team delivered a comprehensive, multi-phase discovery and architectural roadmap designed to simplify complexity and enable long-term scalability. Our engagement included: Enterprise application landscape assessment covering 50+ business-critical systems Server estate rationalisation with future-state virtual machine and host modelling SharePoint transformation strategy, transitioning from on-premises to SharePoint Online Identity and authentication modernisation, adopting a hybrid Active Directory and SAML-first approach SQL platform consolidation, including high-availability and resilience design Infrastructure consolidation guidance, aligned to long-term shared-service exit planning Through this work, we simplified a highly fragmented technology estate, established a clear and achievable path away from legacy platforms, and identified substantial cost efficiencies through application retirement, licensing consolidation, and modern cloud-based hosting.

Delivering a Modern, Standalone SCCM and Intune Environment

As part of a collaborative effort with a trusted partner, we led a global divestiture programme for a major enterprise client, delivering a modern, standalone SCCM and Microsoft Intune environment to support full operational independence.

As part of a wider transformation initiative, the engagement included migrating users and Active Directory objects to a newly established, independent environment. A core focus of the project was the design and implementation of a new SCCM hierarchy, enabling the client to move away from legacy platforms, reduce technical debt, and establish a scalable foundation for future growth. Key outcomes included: Comprehensive Low-Level Design (LLD) aligned to current best practices and long-term platform sustainability Deployment of a new SCCM platform, preserving critical configuration elements to ensure continuity where required Successful implementation of Microsoft Intune within a new Microsoft 365 tenant, enabling a hybrid device management model Migration and validation of operating system deployment task sequences and a core set of business-critical application packages This project enabled the client to complete a critical step in their divestiture journey, establishing a secure, modern endpoint management platform that supports both immediate operational needs and long-term digital strategy.

Boosting Security, Performance and Resilience

We successfully delivered a comprehensive infrastructure refresh for one of
our longstanding clients.

This was the client's first major platform upgrade in over seven years. The upgrade was needed to fix critical security vulnerabilities identified by the organisation’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The upgrade modernised the core platform. It significantly improved performance, manageability, and operational efficiency. It also strengthened the environment’s overall security posture. We also restored and validated backup integrity after the vCenter upgrade. This ensured that data protection and business continuity controls are robust and reliable.

Migrating Google Workspace to Microsoft 365

Our team worked with a mid-sized UK firm to deliver a controlled migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 356

This migration enabled the firm to standardise its collaboration tools and improve the user experience while maintaining business continuity. It was part of a wider workplace initiative, migrating approximately 300 users through a phased approach that supported smooth coexistence and minimised operational risks. Key Delivery Outcomes: - Smooth migration of Google Mail (GMail) to Exchange Online using a staged coexistence model - Migration of user data from Google Drive to OneDrive - Deployment of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint using standard functionality - Validation of identity and access models to support transition - Embedded change readiness and stakeholder engagement A major technical consideration was the preservation of inter-document links across business-critical files. This was addressed through early discovery, pilot migrations, and targeted validation to protect established workflows. The client successfully consolidated onto Microsoft 365, simplifying support, strengthening governance, and establishing a scalable foundation for future digital workplace initiatives.
